You don't need to be fixed. You need a place that finally tells you the truth.
We know the tightrope well. Too confident and you’re “difficult.” Too calm and you’re “cold.” Too visible and you’re “self-aggrandizing.” That’s not a you problem. That’s a system problem. And dismantling it starts with connection — with yourself and with others.
Hello Moxie is an intentionally intimate community for women in tech — built on the radical premise that you were never the problem. Through the Moxie Method™, we guide you back to your own voice, wisdom, and power. In small cohorts, with women who get it, led by a senior woman in tech who’s walked your path.

Built by a Woman Who’s Been in the Room
I Built Hello Moxie Because I Couldn’t Find It
When I finally burned out — really burned out, not just tired but numb, angry, and dreading every Monday — I didn’t need another productivity hack. I needed a room full of women who got it.
I needed someone to tell me the truth: the system was broken, not me. That what I’d been calling ambition was actually a trauma response I’d been rewarded for my whole career. That the voice I’d spent years learning to silence still had something important to say.
That room didn’t exist. So I built it.
Hello Moxie is the place I was looking for. The Moxie Method™ is the framework I wish someone had handed me ten years earlier — grounded in resilience science, positive psychology, and the lived reality of what it actually costs to survive and lead in tech as a woman.
I’m not here to help you perform better. I’m here to help you come home to yourself — and lead from there.
Because you were never meant to spend your career on a tightrope. You were meant to own the stage.

Putting This Cohort Among the Top-Rated Programs
in the World
“I kept running into a wall in my career. I wasn’t being seen or heard in the rooms where my voice should have made the difference. I’d often been told I ‘get in my own way,’ but no one could explain what that meant.
I’d tried mentoring programs before, but they lacked structure and real outcomes.
Hello Moxie felt different right away. It’s intentional, thoughtfully designed, and close-knit. For the first time, I have a clear framework and support system that’s genuinely helping me move forward.”

“When I joined Hello Moxie, I had just been laid off. I felt lost and overwhelmed — like I was standing in front of a blank canvas with no idea where to begin. I didn’t join because I had answers. I joined because I needed support, perspective, and space to process what this moment meant.
This experience has helped me slow down, rebuild trust in my instincts, and move forward with clarity instead of fear. I’m leaving feeling grounded, open, and genuinely excited about what’s next.”

“I joined this program because I was craving community. After leaving a 20-year career, I felt disoriented — unsure who I was without that identity. In this cohort, I experienced something I didn’t expect: being truly seen. Not fixed. Not rushed. Just met exactly where I am.
It helped me realize how much of my life had been shaped by survival rather than alignment. That’s been uncomfortable, but also eye-opening.
I don’t have everything figured out, but I have awareness, curiosity, and I no longer feel alone.”
