Hi, I’m Nicole!

For over two decades, I’ve been passionate about helping B2B companies deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As Marketing Director for a U.S.-based industrial manufacturing company, I spearheaded multiple digital transformation initiatives, including the launch of a performant B2B eCommerce platform. Together, we achieved a remarkable fourfold increase in marketing-influenced profit.

Today, as the Founder and President of DMG Digital, I empower B2B manufacturers and distributors to embrace change and thrive in the digital age. From guiding successful eCommerce implementations to creating content marketing strategies that resonate, I’m committed to driving real results and building strong partnerships.

A professionally trained keynote speaker and graduate of the prestigious HEROIC Public Speaking GRAD program, I bring energy, insight, and connection to every stage. In 2023, I had the honor of delivering the keynote at Meet Magento NYC, and I’ve inspired audiences from Florida to the UK with talks on digital transformation and change management.

Beyond the stage, I am the host and producer of the Hello Moxie Podcast and Hello Moxie eCommerce Edition, launched in Fall 2024. Through these platforms, I bring meaningful conversations and stories to life, inspiring leaders and changemakers to embrace courage and creativity.

I love to ask questions. My idea of a dream day would be to sit down with a friend – new or old in a far off place. Enjoy a hot cup of tea and ask them questions. Followed by a solo visit to somewhere I’ve never been before so I could soak in the stories of that place.

As a marketer, and founder of DMG Digital, I’ve been asking questions of clients and customers for years. I like to understand human behavior, what lights them up, what they think, what they like, what they’ve learned.

The stories and the people of the past intrigue me. And there are so many women whose stories are buried. Stories of grit, resilience, and perseverance. Stories that need to be shared.
