You’re surrounded by people
and still feeling alone and uncertain.
Maybe you just stepped into a new role and the confidence you used to have hasn’t shown up yet.
Maybe you switched industries and you’re reinventing yourself faster than feels comfortable.
Maybe the role that used to light you up has gone quiet, and you’re not sure if that’s burnout or a sign.
You’re not falling apart. You’re just carrying something you aren’t sure how to navigate.
You’re competent and capable. But you still walk into rooms where you don’t quite feel like you belong.
The people who love you want to help. But they don’t know what it actually feels like in the room.
You can see the next version of yourself. But the gap between here and there feels insurmountable when you’re standing in it alone.

I think so many of us spend years being the strong one, the capable one, the one who keeps it all together.
But after a while, that can start to feel isolating.

The cost of going it alone
Belonging isn’t a soft skill. It’s foundational.
Women with a strong sense of belonging are nearly 8 times more likely to thrive at work. But belonging doesn’t have to come from the room you’re already in. Sometimes it comes from having one person outside of it who truly gets what you’re navigating.

What women said
after going through our mentorship program.
“In this past six months, I have turned myself into this different person that I didn’t know I could achieve to be.
I always get a little bit emotional talking about it because it really made a big difference.”
Carla Scott

“For the first time in a while, I didn’t feel so alone. The stories were different, but the feelings were familiar. The exhaustion, the uncertainty, the ache of trying to find yourself again after being everything for everyone else.”
LeAnne Samuelson

“I wasn’t lacking awareness. I was using it to make myself smaller. This program has brought a lot of clarity to that. I’ve started using my strengths differently. I trust what I bring without waiting for someone else to recognize it first.”

Built by a woman who’s been in the room
I built Hello Moxie because I want more for you
When I hit burnout after twenty years of proving, performing and people pleasing, I didn’t need another productivity hack. I needed to reconnect with myself and find a room full of women who understood.
I needed someone to tell me the truth: that what I’d been calling ambition was actually a trauma response I’d been rewarded for my whole career. That the voice I’d spent years learning to silence had something important to say.
Now, I’m on a mission to inspire women to trust their voice and lead with moxie. To turn the tightrope we’ve been walking into a platform. And create a vibrant cross cultural community of women who amplify each other through mentorship and community.
This movement is built on self-trust, courage, voice, and connection as the way to create a future where every woman dares to lead. And build a more innovative and inclusive future for all.
I’m not here to help you perform better. I’m here to help you come home to yourself and lead from there.
Because you were never meant to spend your career on a tightrope. You were meant to own the stage.

A few things you might be wondering.
Who is this for?
Women in business who are in motion — you just started a new role, switched industries, or you’re currently employed and feel the pull toward something different but haven’t made the move yet. You’re not starting over; you’re navigating a real transition while still showing up every day. You don’t have to be in tech. You just have to be ready for an honest conversation.
What actually happens in the session?
It’s a 30-minute 1:1 video call with your chosen mentor. You’ll have shared your biggest challenge in advance, so she comes prepared. Expect honest reflection, specific questions, and a concrete next step — not generic advice or a pep talk.
What if I want more than one session?
If you’re ready to go deeper, you can join our next Hello Moxie Spark program. It’s three months of 1:1 mentorship, community and peer support and an introduction to The Moxie Method curriculum. Your clarity session is a great first step.
Do I have to be in tech?
Absolutely not. Hello Moxie was built for women in any industry who are navigating the kind of career transition that requires more than a resumé update. Our mentors work across tech, e-commerce, manufacturing, creative industries, entrepreneurship, and more.
